> Ms. Pellegrini, you are present with your Heart of Home Agency in San Vendemiano in the province of Treviso, can you tell us when and how your business in the real estate sector began?

My career as a real estate agent began in 2006 and in 2011 I opened my real estate agency Cuore di Casa in San Vendemiano, 2 km from Conegliano. Together with my team of girls, I offer a complete service for both the sale and rental of residential or commercial properties. Customers rely on us both for a free evaluation and for the attention we give to requests. Having been present in the area for many years, we have a good knowledge of the market and a large network of contacts with other professionals.

of this opportunity?

I became part of the Grimaldi Family real estate network thanks to the recommendation of a colleague from the province of Treviso who was already part of this circuit, which opened up a preferential channel for me to get to know the people who are part of it closely. The sense of familiarity immediately helped me understand that this was the correct decision. I made this choice to expand our sales network, to be able to collaborate with colleagues from all over Italy and beyond...

> Can you tell us about your perspectives and ideas for 2022?

For 2022 I plan to move my agency from San Vendemiano to Conegliano - now a UNESCO heritage site - to a larger and more prestigious location suitable for satisfying even the most demanding customers. This choice was also dictated by the search for a location with greater visibility and attraction for the end customer.
